Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To secure a reservation, full deposits must be paid in the form of a credit card, with a personal check, or cash is also accepted. We accept no responsibility for lost or misdirected payments that have been mailed. DO NOT MAIL CASH.

Deposit = Minimum equivalent to one night's lodging.

*For scheduled visits of 2 nights or less: Deposit is equivalent to one night’s lodging plus tax in your reserved unit and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, deposits may be transferred to another booking at Aspen Hollow upon approval.

Cancellations made 30 days prior and up to the day of scheduled arrival date will forfeit all deposits received.

Cancellations made 31-90 days prior to arrival date subject to 30% of total due.

Cancellations made 91-120 days prior to arrival date subject to 20% of total due.

Cancellations made 120 days or greater will incur a processing fee of 10% of deposits collected.

A minimum fee of $30 will apply for insufficient funds.

Your personal check is accepted.
